Annual Member Meeting

Be sure to mark your calendars for December 4th. If you’re a member or consider Grace Hill your home church, plan to stay with us immediately after the service. We will share a meal and then reconvene for about an hour long meeting following lunch.

AFTER THE SERVICE ON SUNDAY, DecEMBER 4TH

We will listen to ministry reports, and vote on the proposed 2023 budget, officers, and ministry teams (look for this to be posted on November 20th). In addition, you will have opportunity to vote on allocating funds for safety/security equipment as proposed by the Elders. 

Sign-ups for food, attendance and cleanup are on the round table in the lobby.
