We offer a number of opportunities for supervised theological training, ministry experience, and formal evaluation. It's a part of our church culture and a practical way we equip the saints for discipleship and deployment.

This is an intentional relationship between a mentor and a mentee where the mentor provides guidance, support, and advice to help the mentee grow and develop in their spiritual life, Biblical Study and vocational clarity.

This program provides an opportunity to receive focused, structured training and evaluation. Candidates select a discipline (pastoral, administration, music, media, mercy, etc.) and upon completion receive a thorough review and recommendation from our pastoral team. We invite anyone to apply, but priority is given to members of our local congregation and denomination.

This program provides an opportunity to serve alongside our pastoral or diaconal team. Candidates participate in the life of the pastoral or deacon team, exploring their readiness to join the team. The program lasts 12-18 months and may or may not conclude with a nomination for ordination.

This program provides a structured, supervised course of theological study. Upon completion, the candidate will be prepared theologically to pursue ordination within Trinity Fellowship. The program lasts 18 months and is intended for men pursuing pastoral ministry.
